How do I schedule a tour of the community?
You can schedule a tour by calling, emailing, or submitting a request through our website or our Apartments247 page. Simply click “Schedule a Tour” or “Contact Us” to choose a time that works best for you. Walk-ins are welcome during office hours, and scheduling ahead helps ensure the best experience.
Do you have virtual or self-guided tours available?
Not at this time. We currently offer in-person tours so you can see the community and apartment options firsthand.
What are your Leasing Office hours?
Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Saturday–Sunday: Closed
Do you offer any move-in specials?
Not at this time. Please contact the leasing office or check our website for any current offers that may become available.
What income requirements do you have for applicants?
Applicants must have a combined gross monthly income of at least 2.5x the monthly rent.
What is your Application Fee?
$50 per applicant (18+). Application fees are non-refundable.
What is your Administrative Fee?
$150 administrative fee per unit (non-refundable).
Do you require a Security Deposit? If so, how much?
Yes. Security deposits vary based on screening results.
Deposit disclaimer (website): Deposit listed is with approved credit. Based on the credit application, deposits may be up to one and a half months’ rent (maximum: 1.5x one month’s rent).
Do you accept co-signers or guarantors?
Yes, we accept qualified guarantors. Additional requirements and documentation may apply—please cont act the leasing office for details.
Do you allow subletting or lease transfers?
No. Subletting and lease transfers are not permitted.
Do you require Renters Insurance? If so, up to what amount do you require coverage for?
Yes. Renters insurance is required prior to move-in and throughout your lease term, with a minimum of $100,000 in personal liability coverage.
When is rent due each month?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month. A grace period is provided for three days; late fees apply after that.
What is the late fee policy for rent payments?
A $25 late fee is assessed on the 3rd day of the month, plus $3 per day thereafter until the balance is paid in full (per lease terms).
What forms of payment do you accept for rent?
We accept the following payment options:
• Online payments through the Resident Portal
• Personal checks
• Cashier’s checks
• Money orders
What utilities are required in the rent?
Residents are responsible for water and electricity. Please contact the leasing office for current utility billing details.
What appliances are included in the apartments?
Apartments include a refrigerator, stove, and oven.
Are washers and dryers included, or is there a laundry facility?
We offer a convenient on-site laundry facility for residents.
What amenities are available for residents?
Residents enjoy a resort-style swimming pool— perfect for relaxing and staying cool year-round.
Is parking available? If so, is there a monthly fee?
Yes. Covered parking is available, and there is currently no monthly parking fee.
Do you have EV charging stations? If so, what is the policy for use?
Not at this time.
Do you have a dog park or pet washing station?
Not at this time.
Do you have package lockers or package delivery services?
Not at this time. Delivery policies may vary by carrier— please contact the leasing office with questions.
Do you have on-site maintenance, and how do I request a service?
Yes. Our on-site maintenance team is available Monday–Friday, with 24/7 emergency maintenance available.
For non-emergency requests, submit a work order through the Resident Portal or contact the leasing office for assistance. For emergencies, please call the after-hours line.
Are there any community events for residents?
Yes! We host monthly resident events— watch for announcements and community updates.
Is there a preferred employer or student discount program?
Not at this time.
